Job Description

Responsibilities:  1.    MDM Managemento  Configure, deploy, and manage mobile device management (MDM) solutions, for macOS, IOS, Android and Windows environments. o  Enforce security policies such as password complexity, encryption, and application restrictions. o  Ensure compliance with remote wipe capabilities, software white-listing, and web filtering requirements. o  Regularly update and optimize MDM configurations to align with organizational needs and security standards.  2.    Microsoft Entra IDo  Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), focusing on user identity, access management, and role-based access control (RBAC). o  Manage and secure integrations with cloud applications and services.

o  Configure and monitor conditional access policies and multifactor authentication (MFA) to ensure secure access. o  Regularly review and update permissions and access levels in line with organizational policies.  3.    DLP Configuration and Monitoringo  Develop, implement, and monitor data loss prevention (DLP) policies and rules to protect sensitive data across endpoints and cloud platforms. o  Conduct regular audits of DLP configurations to identify areas for improvement and minimize false positives. o  Investigate, document, and respond to DLP alerts, escalating incidents as necessary. o  Work closely with other departments to ensure that DLP policies align with data handling and retention policies.  4.

   EDR Management and Incident Responseo  Monitor endpoint detection and response (EDR) systems to detect, investigate, and respond to potential security threats and incidents. o  Review security logs and alerts to identify patterns and recommend improvements to incident detection and response strategies. o  Collaborate with the IT and security teams to contain and mitigate security incidents as they arise.  5.    Support and Troubleshooting for Endpointso  Provide technical support and troubleshooting for endpoints across MDM, DLP, EDR, and Microsoft Entra ID solutions for users both in the office and remotely.

o  Diagnose and resolve security-related issues on endpoints efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to users. o  Assist users with secure access to applications and resources, whether on-site or remote, and escalate issues as needed.  6.    Jira Administration (Preferred)o  Manage and maintain Jira environments, ensuring secure configuration and access control. o  Provide administrative support for Jira users and projects, assisting with troubleshooting and optimization. o  Ensure Jira is aligned with internal workflows, security requirements, and data protection policies.  7.    Documentation and Complianceo  Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and incidents in line with industry and regulatory standards.

o  Ensure all security controls align with compliance requirements such as GDPR, SOC 2, or other relevant standards. o  Participate in regular compliance and security audits and provide the necessary documentation and reporting. o  Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.  Qualifications: ·      3+ years of experience in IT security administration or a related role. ·      Proficiency with MDM solutions (e. g. , Intune, Kandji, Jamf). ·      Experience managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and familiarity with conditional accesses. ·      Knowledge of DLP policies and technologies, including experience in setting and monitoring DLP rules.

·      Hands-on experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools and incident response procedures. ·      Preferred experience in managing next-generation firewalls (NGFW) and a solid understanding of network principles and security. ·      Experience with Linux systems administration, including security hardening and troubleshooting. ·      Preferred experience with Jira administration and secure configuration. ·      Strong understanding of security principles, including identity and access management (IAM), data protection, and endpoint security. ·      Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM, are a plus. ·      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
