Job Description

Noor Staffing Group is seeking a Payroll/Billing Coordinator to join our internal team. This position is responsible for processing payroll and billing activities for the organization. This includes reconciling payroll-related accounts, preparing payroll/timecard data, working with large data sets in Microsoft Excel and assisting with other tasks. The Payroll/Billing Coordinator will work closely with the finance team, HR team, and external vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This is a remote position and full fluency in English is required.

Candidates for this position must be able to work New York business hours (9 am to 5: 30 pm US Eastern Time, Monday - Friday). This is a work from home job. Process payroll data accurately and in a timely mannerReconcile payroll-related accounts and resolve any discrepanciesAnalyze and manipulate large data sets related to employees and timekeepingMaintain employee payroll recordsPrepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other stakeholders as neededMonitor and follow up on overdue invoices, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing issuesCollaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and complete employee data for payroll and billing purposesProvide exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and vendors, and address inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely mannerQualifications:

Available to work US business hours; 9 am to 5:

30 pm ETBachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldMinimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, billing and/or payrollStrong understanding of payroll processing and accounts receivablesProficiency in Microsoft Excel with intermediate to advanced data analysis skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculationsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely mannerAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationSalary:

$350-$400/month (USD) Based on the candidates experience.
