Main ResponsibilitiesHelp to define and calculate KPIs and key metrics for the teams, monitor them in automated reports and dashboards;Analyse users and product to find new business opportunities and areas for improvement;Execute ad-hoc analyses;Present insights to stakeholders;Build, support and replicate data structures (including database structures, table building, reporting, data visualization, regression analysis, time series, etc.
)Core Requirements3+ years in a role as a data analyst;Solid understanding and experience of SQL (Google BigQuery as an advantage) and Python or R (for data modeling and general development);Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, being an effective and versatile team player;Experience with Google Analytics;Proven experience with various data visualization and statistical analysis methods;Experience in e-commerce, SaaS or digital marketing environment is a plus;Experience with a/b testing analysis is a plusSalary RangeGross Salary 3200-5900 EUR/MonthAbout Us Nord Security is a global leader in internet privacy and security solutions and Lithuania’s second tech unicorn.
