In this role, you will engage directly with customers, resolving support cases related to our ARM Cortex-based RF microcontrollers and systems running protocols such as Bluetooth Low Energy, IEEE 802. 15. 4, LTE-M, NB-IoT, Wi‑Fi, and proprietary solutions. Your deep technical knowledge will help you address system design challenges and software issues, ensuring our customers achieve optimal performance with our products.
