Job Title: North America Key Account Sales – Automation Testing SolutionsPosition Type: Full-timeLocation: CaliforniaTeam: Sales & Business DevelopmentSalary Range: Base: $150K–$200K + annual performance bonusJob Description:As a North America Key Account Sales Manager at IntelliPro, you will take charge of expanding the company’s automation testing solutions business in the U.S. market. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing strategic client relationships (including top-tier partners such as Meta, Tesla, and Google), and driving growth across the electronics, automotive, and medical device sectors.This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution ability to build partnerships, manage complex technical sales cycles, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success.Key Responsibilities:Lead sales and business development for automation testing systems across North America, ensuring achievement of annual revenue targets.Conduct in-depth market research, collect customer feedback, and provide strategic insights to support new product positioning and go-to-market strategy.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise customers, including major players in technology, automotive, and consumer electronics.Identify and qualify new business opportunities; lead the full sales cycle from needs assessment to contract signing and post-sale coordination.Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into effective solutions and proposals.Integrate platform and channel resources to enhance brand influence and market competitiveness.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer satisfaction to continuously optimize sales strategy.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above; major in engineering, automation, or business is preferred.5+ years of sales experience in non-standard test automation or electronics manufacturing testing solutions (ICT, FCT, flying probe, Flex/PCBA testing, etc.).Strong network and client relationships with leading North American customers such as Meta, Tesla, Google, or Apple are highly desirable.Proven ability to independently manage large-scale custom testing automation projects from pre-sales to after-sales stages.Solid understanding of automated testing systems used in electronics, automotive, or medical devices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills; fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).Technical background and/or project management experience preferred.Benefits:Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(K) plan with company matching.Paid vacation, holidays, and travel reimbursement.Career growth opportunities in a global, fast-expanding enterprise.About IntelliPro:Founded in 2009, IntelliPro Group is a global talent and business solutions provider serving clients in over 160 countries, including the U.S., China, Canada, Singapore, Japan, the U.K., and the EU.
