Job Description Performing patient intake tasks Preparing equipment and treatment rooms Liaising between patients, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and other departments Assisting patients to walk, sit, and stand Observing patients performing prescribed physical exercises Documenting patients' responses to treatment and updating patient files Applying ice packs or heat pads as instructedQualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Current CPR and First Aid certifications Proficiency in patient transfer techniques and safety protocols Working knowledge of medical terminology and basic anatomy/physiology Experience with electronic health records systems preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Physical stamina to assist patients and handle therapy equipment Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Professional demeanor and commitment to patient careAdditional InformationSalary information:
