Northern Sector Manager

Location: TamaleA leading General Insurance firm is seeking to hire a Northern Sector Manager to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and ensure operational excellence while guiding regional teams to achieve corporate success. The Manager will oversee the five Northern Sectors.ResponsibilitiesThe Northern Sector Manager will drive regional growth through targets, market analysis, and partnerships.The manager oversees northern operations, compliance, budgets, and risk management.The manager recruits, trains, and mentors regional managers and teams, fostering high performance and exceptional service.The manager manages regional relationships, represents the company, and reports on performance.The manager guides product development, coordinates marketing, and monitors customer satisfaction in the northern regions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree)Professional insurance qualifications (ACII or equivalent)Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the insurance industry, and at least 5 years in senior management or leadership roles.Proven track record in general insurance operations and sales.Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management systems.
