This will significantly increase your chances of success______________________________________________________________About The RoleWe are looking for a Solution Services Technical Project Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in Core Network and IP domains to lead complex solution deployments within telecommunications environments. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of mobile networks (2G/3G/4G/5G), cloud and virtualization technologies, and proven experience delivering SDM (Subscriber Data Management) solutions.This position combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and customer engagement, ensuring successful integration and delivery of network solutions in dynamic environments.Key Responsibilities Lead solution design and implementation of Core Network elements such as HLR, HSS, AUSF-UDM, SDL, One-NDS, MNP, and EIR. Drive SDM solution integration and manage subscriber database migrations (HLR, HSS, SDL, EIR, MNP). Deploy and manage cloud and virtualized environments, including Kubernetes/Docker-based infrastructures. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architectures for SDM products. Troubleshoot network and call flow issues, analyze root causes, and apply permanent fixes. Provide technical expertise on Unix/Linux systems, router/switch configurations, and network protocols. Work with automation frameworks using scripting languages such as Shell, Python, PERL, or Ansible. Participate in solution deployment, system validation, and technical documentation. Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and management to ensure smooth project delivery. Support automation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement across technical processes.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the IP Domain. Expert knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G networks and call flows. Strong experience in cloud and virtualization technologies, including VNF deployments, Kubernetes, and Docker. Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and network configuration (routers, switches). Understanding of HLR, HSS, SDL subscriber profiles and SDM architecture. Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMWare, OpenStack, OpenShift, or AWS. Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark). Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead complex technical programs and deliver results independently.Nice to Have Knowledge of HP products and firmware. Experience in automation scripting (Shell, PERL, Python, Ansible).
