The People Partner acts as a trusted advisor, offering in-country policy expertise and knowledge to support and educate leaders, managers, and associates on all P&O topics during the moments that matter.
People Partners support all divisional customer groups in-country, enabling the delivery of lifecycle events, the employee value proposition, talent acquisition, talent management, learning, performance management, employee relations, rewards, pay, and reporting. In addition, People Partners implement P&O change initiatives at a country level, acting as detailed designers and agents of change by working with business partners. About The RoleMajor accountabilities: Key ResponsibilitiesAs a People Partner you will provide in-country policy expertise and HR generalist knowledge to support and educate leaders, managers, and associates on all People & Organization (P&O) topics.
Enable the delivery of lifecycle events, talent management, performance management, employee relations, rewards, and reporting. Support all people managers with their day-to-day P&O topics, providing advice and specialist knowledgeManage client initiatives, prioritize across business units and/or projectsProvide credible P&O People Partnering to all employees and act as sparring partner to people managersPartner with other People & Organization Units to ensure a seamless employee experience – e. g.
, P&O Services, Rewards(C&B)Support the execution of local implementation of organizational structure changes in line with country regulations / policiesProvide advice for managers on labor law related mattersProvide mentorship and counselling on local policies and processesParticipate in tactical and strategic projects, working closely with the P&O HeadRole Requirements3-5 years overall HR experience acquired in HR Generalist roles. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. Ability to work in a matrix organization. HR data analytics. Knowledge of labour regulations, policies, practices. Knowledge of recruiting methods and techniques, HR service delivery. Experience with multicultural teams.
University degree, Specialization in HR or Psychology desirableFluent level of English. Greek language will be added value.
