Good It’s Gluten Free — a fast-growing, free-from food brand — is looking for a passionate and driven NPD Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our innovative product range.In this role, you’ll report directly to the Head of NPD and take full ownership of the end-to-end product development lifecycle across both our branded products and the rapidly expanding retailer private-label portfolio. If you love creating products that deliver on taste, quality, value, and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.🔍 What You’ll Be Doing • Leading the development and launch of great-tasting, high-quality free-from products • Owning projects from concept to launch • Managing and developing a team of NPD Technologists • Embedding and driving the NPD stage/gate process to deliver projects on time and on budget • Continuously improving existing products through recipe, ingredient, and process enhancements • Supporting NPD systems, documentation, trial reports, and sample submissions • Presenting to stakeholders and customers • Championing food and market trends and contributing to long-term NPD strategy⭐ What We’re Looking For • 3+ years’ experience as an NPD Manager or Senior NPD Technologist in food manufacturing • Strong knowledge of food retail and/or food service • Experience with retailer specification systems • A passion for food and product innovation • Team management experience • Bonus: Knowledge of gluten-free bakery, frozen products, or ambient sauces • Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills • Confident communicator — in presentations, in the kitchen, and on the factory floor • Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines • Commercial awareness, especially regarding raw material and production costs • Strong technical and food safety understanding, particularly allergen controlIf this sounds like the perfect next step for you — or someone you know — feel free to reach out!#hiring #NPD #foodindustry #productdevelopment #glutenfree #foodjobs #leeds #careers
