What you’ll be working on…Designing, building, and maintaining systems for training, deploying, and monitoring ML models at scale. Expanding and optimising the company’s feature store for complex online and offline use cases. Owning end-to-end delivery of ML features, from concept to production. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure models are robust, efficient, and impactful. What we’re looking for…1+ year commercial ML experienceSolid Python development skills, with a focus on clean, production-ready code. Experience working with production ML models and MLOps best practices. Familiarity with cloud-based development (AWS preferred).

Knowledge of one or more ML tools/frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, or SageMaker. Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to tackle open-ended challenges.
