Job Title: Infusion NurseJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Infusion Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will play a crucial role in patient care, focusing on infusion treatments, patient history gathering, and support in care plan development.ResponsibilitiesRecord patient vital signs, height, weight, allergies, and medication changes.Gather patient histories and interpret lab results.Obtain blood specimens and support providers in creating, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.Maintain thorough documentation for assigned patient care.Answer phone calls related to referrals and schedule patient tests, procedures, and hospital admissions.Schedule appointments for follow-up on test results.Perform administrative duties including typing, filing, faxing, and reception.Essential Skills3+ years of experience as a Nurse.2+ years of experience in Oncology.Texas State Board of Nursing License.Proficiency in oncology, infusion, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy.Strong customer service skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsSelf-sufficient and critical thinker.Knowledge of medical terminology and administrative skills.Phlebotomy expertise.Experience with electronic medical records and electronic health records.Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and team player mindset.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
