It develops flexible approaches for its business partners and candidates in all areas.We are currently looking for a "Nurse" for one of our ''Education'' clients under our consultancy.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Nursing.Minimum 3 years of professional nursing experience, preferably in an educational or pediatric setting. (Experience in an elementary school setting is an asset.)Strong knowledge of school health management, hygiene protocols, and communicable disease prevention.Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage emergencies calmly.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with children and parents.Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken).Good computer literacy (MS Office, health record systems).Job DescriptionManage and record student and staff health information on the school database; ensure regular updates.Coordinate visits of specialist medical staff (school doctor, health assessment teams).Record and monitor accidents occurring during school time; report to divisional principals or relevant staff.Establish and maintain hygiene and communicable disease control systems; ensure communication protocols are followed.Plan and prepare medical support for all school tournaments, trips, and events.Ensure required health checks for all school staff are completed and properly documented.Share relevant student health information with staff, including kitchen and external service teams when necessary.Communicate with parents about incidents, treatments, or referrals, and follow up when required.Inform parents about general health issues, outbreaks (e.g., lice, flu, scarlet fever), and provide guidance on preventive care.Maintain close communication with local health authorities and the contracted ambulance service provider; follow ministry regulations.Recommend improvements in school medical systems, policies, and practices.Provide or support training for staff in handling specific student emergencies (e.g., use of an EpiPen).Deliver or assist with first aid and emergency response training for staff and students as required.Stay informed about current international medical literature, Ministry of Health updates, and reflect these in school practices.
