Nursing Manager

ELEMENTAL DAY SURGICAL CENTER is a new, modern day-surgery clinic focused on safe, efficient, patient-centric care. We’re assembling a high-performing team and looking for a Nurse Manager to set the standard from day one.What you’ll do:Lead daily nursing operations in pre-op, intra-op, recovery/PACU, and ambulatory pathwaysMaintain patient safety, infection control, and quality KPIs; drive compliance with DHA standards and internal SOPsBuild and mentor the nursing roster: hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviewsOwn clinical documentation standards, medication management, and incident reportingPartner with surgeons, anesthetists, and admin to ensure smooth case flow and great patient experienceManage consumables & inventory; coordinate with procurement and service for equipment readinessPrepare for audits/inspections; run mock drills (codes, fire, disaster) and ongoing trainingYou have:Registered Nurse with DHA license/eligibility (or transferable UAE license)5–7+ years total experience, incl. 2+ years as Nurse ManagerStrong leadership, calm under pressure, excellent patient communicationDay surgery / ambulatory / aesthetic or dermatology clinic experienceWe offer:Competitive package, growth path, modern facility on Jumeirah 1, supportive leadership, and a quality-first culture.
