By combining our proprietary wellness technology with a supportive community of parents and experts, we give parents back their peace of mind and help them raise a healthier generation.We are already a team of 4 founders and 3 advisors globally. Needing more advisors to join our team in Korea!Role DescriptionThis is a strategic, board-level advisory role for a Child Nutrition Advisor at Mini Gourmet Club. You will be a key thought partner to the founding team, responsible for guiding the scientific and nutritional integrity of our platform. Your expertise will directly shape our product, build trust with our customers, and establish Mini Gourmet Club as a credible authority in children's health. This is a flexible, high-impact role for a respected expert in the field.Compensation will be flexible and equity-forward, reflecting the strategic value you bring to our mission.Required Expertise & QualificationsAccredited Expert: A Ph.D., M.D., R.D. (Registered Dietitian), or equivalent advanced degree in Nutrition Science, Dietetics, or a related medical field.Specialized Focus: Deep, demonstrable expertise in pediatric nutrition, children's dietary needs, early childhood development, and managing common food allergies or sensitivities.Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex nutritional science into actionable product strategies and clear, parent-friendly communication.Mission-Aligned: A genuine passion for combating childhood obesity and improving the health outcomes for the next generation.Ideal Advisor QualificationsThought Leadership: You are a recognized authority in your field, with a history of publications, public speaking, or academic contributions.Clinical or Research Experience: Hands-on experience working directly with children and families in a clinical, research, or community setting is highly desirable.Startup Advisory Experience: Previous experience advising health-tech, food-tech, or CPG startups would be a significant asset.Advisor Responsibilities & ImpactScientific Guidance: Serve as the highest authority on nutritional science for the company, ensuring our AI recommendations and product curations are safe, effective, and evidence-based.Framework Development: Advise the CNO (Chief Nutrition Officer) and technical team & CTO on the core nutritional frameworks, guidelines, and data points that power our personalization engine.Credibility & Trust: Lend your name and expertise to the brand, acting as a key figurehead to build trust with parents, partners, and the medical community.Strategic Input: Provide high-level guidance on our long-term product roadmap, potential clinical research opportunities, and navigating the evolving landscape of nutritional science and regulation.Content Validation: Periodically review key marketing and educational content to ensure scientific accuracy and responsible messaging.
