Job description: As our O365 System Engineer in the M365 Communication & Collaboration team, you will join the Service2Employee (S2E) Directorate.Within M365 Communication & Collaboration we are responsible for the communication & collaboration tools (Teams, ViVa Engage, SharePoint, Outlook, Office suite...) for the KBC colleagues within the BE structures..We are looking for a driven system engineer with technical knowledge and interest in this domain to help us realize our ambitious roadmap!   Do you want to help in shaping the digital workplace of the future? Then be sure to read on!   As our O365 System Engineer, you would have the following responsibilities:• Providing 3rd level support related to Outlook functionalities and being first point of contact regarding questions from different teams or end users;• Identifying issues that are blocking the ecosystem;• Managing our CISCO Email Security Appliance (ESA) Infrastructure independently along with DNS Mail related entries;• Documenting the necessary deliverables in the required tools, working closely together with the Product owners and the various other colleagues in the team, reporting to the Scrum master or Epic owner, completing your tasks in a structured way;• Quickly assimilate new information and knowledge, make decisions and set priorities independently.   Key competences that will help you succeed: • Previous experience in a similar position, adding up to more than 2 years is expected!• Knowledge about Procdump, Windebug, PowerShell, Sara, Fiddler, MFCMAPI (scripting knowledge such as PowerShell is a plus);• Knowledge about CISCO Email Security Appliance (ESA) Infrastructure and DNS Mail;• Experience working in SAFe Agile environment, practicing an Agile mindset;• Excellent technical knowledge of the M365 suite (more specifically communication tools such as Outlook, Teams, Yammer, SharePoint, Exchange, etc...)   You are a perfect fit for us if: • you have can-do attitude and positive mindset;• you can be the person who translates good ideas into concrete actions and tangible results;• you are a diplomatic bridge builder;• you are someone who can think out of the box yet can frame the whole picture.  Next steps: If you find this job opportunity interesting and you recognize yourself in the description above, apply via the button with your CV in English.   Join.
