Observability Service Delivery Engineer (Dynatrace)

We partner with enterprise clients to accelerate their digital transformation by delivering advanced technology solutions and expert technical support.Position Summary IT Valley is seeking an experienced Observability Service Delivery Engineer (Dynatrace) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, administering, and optimizing Dynatrace Managed environments for one of our key enterprise clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesDeploy, manage, and maintain Dynatrace Managed clusters to ensure optimal performance and availability.Lead the onboarding and configuration of new applications and services within Dynatrace.Analyze system and application performance data to identify issues and perform root cause analysis.Design and implement custom dashboards, reports, and alerting mechanisms.Provide expert guidance and technical support to client teams on observability practices.Integrate Dynatrace with other enterprise systems and tools as needed.Prepare and deliver periodic reports on performance metrics and service health.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with the Dynatrace platform.Proven experience in managing and administering Dynatrace Managed environments.Strong understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) concepts, distributed tracing, and log analytics.Solid technical background in operating systems (Linux/Windows) and networking.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in client-facing environments.Preferred QualificationsDynatrace Associate or Professional Certification.Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
