🎓 Qualifications & CertificationsEducation: Minimum D3/S1 in Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health (Occupational Health focus), or Medicine.Practice License: Active SIP/STR according to professional background. (Highly preferred)Mandatory Certification: HIPERKES Certificate (Industrial Hygiene & Occupational Health) issued by the Ministry of Manpower RI. (Highly preferred)Additional Certifications (Optional): BTCLS / BLS / First Aid in Workplace Training (P3K).💼 ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in Occupational Health or experienced in the health fields.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!🧠 Knowledge & Technical SkillsOccupational Health Regulation: Strong understanding of Indonesian laws on workplace hygiene and occupational health.Medical Emergency Handling: Skilled in first aid, medical emergency response, triage, and routine health checks.Industrial Hygiene: Able to conduct Health Hazard Identification, Health Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (Chemical, Physical, Biological, Ergonomic, Psychosocial).Health Program Management: Capable of designing, implementing, and evaluating Workplace Health Programs (MCU, Health Promotion, Nutrition, Sanitation).Reporting & Administration: Proficient in Microsoft Office for health data analysis, medical reporting, and ESH documentation.🤝 Soft SkillsCommunication: Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels — from management to shop floor. Able to deliver clear training and health education.Analytical Thinking: Quick and accurate in analyzing occupational illnesses/incidents and recommending preventive/corrective actions.Integrity: High sense of ethics, discipline, and confidentiality in handling medical records.Leadership & Teamwork: Self-driven, cooperative, and confident in leading during emergency situations.English proficiency is an advantage.⚙️ Job DescriptionAs an Occupational Health Officer, you’ll be responsible for implementing and maintaining the company’s Occupational Health Management System in accordance with HIPERKES and K3 regulations — ensuring all employees stay healthy, safe, and productive.🔹 Key Responsibilities:1. Health & Emergency ServicesManage first aid and emergency response procedures.Maintain medical supplies and workplace first aid facilities.Ensure readiness of first aid kits across all work areas.2. Preventive & Promotive Health ProgramsPlan and monitor pre-employment, periodic, and special health checks.Conduct health risk assessments and implement controls.Develop and execute health promotion activities (health talks, nutrition, disease prevention, etc.).Analyze MCU and health surveillance data for trend monitoring and prevention.3. Administration & ReportingRecord and report health-related incidents and occupational illnesses.Investigate and document Occupational Disease (PAK) cases.Submit monthly reports to the ESH Manager.4. Regulatory Compliance & AuditEnsure compliance with HIPERKES and K3 regulations.Support internal/external audits related to occupational health.Collaborate closely with the Company Doctor.5.
