About UsKronospan is a world-leading manufacturer of wood-based panels using advanced technology with 125 years history of success with over 50 plants across the globe, and as such, we have pioneered many of our industry's key advances and will continue to lead product development and innovation into the future.We are looking for an "Occupational Health & Safety Specialist" to work with us in our HS&E Department in our Kastamonu facilities.Qualifications:Occupational Safety Certificate , relevant BcS degree on wood industry or chemicals production is preferred.Fire Protection and Prevention knowledge is a plus. (CFPS)Fluency in English is required.Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE department, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid driver's license,Flexibility to work varying hours and field areas as required.Job Description:Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OHS regulations,Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures,Investigating accidents and incidents and implementing corrective actions,Providing safety training to employees,Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records for all safety systems including fire suppression.Collaborating with management and employees to create a safe work environment.If you meet the requirements and are interested in this position, please submit your resume.
