Ocean Freight Forwarder

To strengthen our Ocean Freight team in Gdynia, Poland, we are looking for a dedicated Ocean Freight Forwarder (m/f/d) who enjoys working in day-to-day ocean freight operations.You have experience in ocean freight, handle shipments independently, and work in a solution-oriented way while keeping an overview of multiple shipments at the same time. Then set sail with us and become part of our international network!Your Role:You independently handle ocean freight shipments (FCL/LCL) for import and export.You coordinate end-to-end logistics processes, including transportation planning, shipment handling, documentation, and monitoring of shipment progress.You act as a key point of contact for shipping lines, agents, terminals, partners, including internal branches locally and internationally.You prepare and manage freight forwarding documentation (e.g. Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists) in compliance with applicable regulations.You monitor shipments and address operational deviations in a solution-oriented way.You prepare quotations and provide professional customer support, ensuring high service quality and long-term client relationships.Your Profile:Proven experience in ocean freight forwarding or maritime transport.Fluency in written and spoken English.Strong organizational skills combined with accuracy, reliability, and resilience.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong team spirit.What we offer:A varied and responsible role in an international environment with a young, motivated, and committed team.An attractive compensation package, including performance-related components.Thorough onboarding and tailored training opportunities, including industry-specific courses.Regular team and company events.Support for sports and fitness activities.Access to the Corporate Benefits program with attractive employee discounts.Does this sound like you?
