Job Summary: Clinizone is looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Implementor to analyze business requirements and implement Odoo ERP solutions that meet our operational needs. The ideal candidate will handle system configuration, optimization, and user enablement — with a strong focus on HR, CRM, and Helpdesk modules, in addition to customized internal modules.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & AnalysisGather and analyze business requirements from various departments.Configure and customize Odoo standard modules (HR, CRM, Helpdesk).Align workflows with company policies and operational needs.Conduct system testing to ensure performance and functionality.Support & TrainingProvide functional and technical support to end-users.Document issues and escalate them to the development team when needed.Conduct user training sessions and develop clear, easy-to-follow guides.Maintain detailed documentation for all modules.(Experience with Odoo.sh is a plus.)Optimization & ReportingMonitor and evaluate system performance.Recommend improvements and process automations.Prepare periodic reports on system usage and KPIs for management.CollaborationWork closely with IT and development teams for system enhancements.Communicate effectively with external vendors or Odoo support when required.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation or administration.Strong knowledge of HR, CRM, and Helpdesk modules.Solid understanding of business workflows and process analysis.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).Basic understanding of Odoo architecture (no coding required).Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Timely and successful implementation of assigned modules.Reduction in recurring support tickets.Enhanced user satisfaction and adoption.Accuracy and completeness of documentation and training materials.How to Apply: Send your CV to info@clinizone.net Please mention “Odoo Functional Implementor” in the subject line.
