Currently, most core business operations (including opportunity tracking, project management, quoting, communication, and inventory) are managed through manual tools such as Excel and SharePoint.To Support Their Growth And Improve Operational Efficiency, Our Client Is Launching a Digital Transformation Initiative. The Goal Is To Automate And Centralize Business Processes Using a Robust And Extensible Software Platform – Odoo. This Transformation Will EnableReal-time visibility into business dataStreamlined workflows and reduced manual overheadImproved collaboration across teamsEnhanced client experience through transparency and accountabilityIn addition to mentioned project we have extensive plans to become Odoo engineering partner and grow the Odoo development team internally.What You Will DoCollaborate with stakeholders and business users to deeply understand functional, operational, and reporting requirements; translate these into robust Odoo-based solutions and clear technical specifications.Design scalable business process workflows and Odoo system architecture, ensuring optimal module selection, configuration, and adherence to best practices for data handling and security.Configure and customize Odoo modules for core administrative functions, supporting business process improvement and automation across departments (such as Sales, CRM, HR, Accounting, Inventory and others).Provide expertise in workflow analysis, business process reengineering, and system optimization to ensure adoption of efficient Odoo solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configuration, user experience, reporting, and Odoo platform performance.Mentor team members on Odoo best practices, participate in code reviews (where relevant), and lead system testing, documentation, and deployment activities.What You Need3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo platform administration, configuration, and business workflow design.Experience in Odoo custom module development using Python, Odoo ORM, and XML views.Familiarity with ERP systems and core business processes (finance, inventory, sales, HR, etc.), especially as implemented through Odoo modules.Upper-intermediate English proficiency for stakeholder communication, documentation, and team collaboration.Nice To HaveStrong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML) as used within Odoo for integration and reporting.Experience with PostgreSQL (Odoo’s database engine) including complex queries, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Knowledge of Odoo’s QWeb templating engine and experience tailoring system reports or printouts.Familiarity with Odoo Studio, automated actions, and advanced server actions.Hands-on experience with JavaScript for customizing Odoo web client interface.Understanding Odoo upgrade processes, migration between major versions, and management of custom codebases.What's In It For YouOwnership – we trust that you will do the right things to deliver maximum impact.Transparency – we say what we think and every voice is heard and respected, even when our opinions differ.Service – whether it’s for our customers or teammates, we always support each other.No bureaucracy, no micromanagement.Flexible working schedule – you plan your working day based on your tasks and meetings.
