Odoo Support Engineer

MAC GROUP is looking to hire an Odoo Support Engineer📍 Location: Heliopolis, Cairo🕗 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM📅 Working Days: Sunday to ThursdayKey Responsibilities• Implement, configure, and customize Odoo ERP solutions to meet business needs.• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.• Manage version upgrades and data migrations with minimal downtime.• Administer PostgreSQL databases, including backup, restore, and optimization tasks.• Integrate Odoo with internal systems and third-party applications.• Design and maintain API connections and data synchronization workflows.• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.) to identify requirements and develop tailored solutions.• Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights to ensure data security.• Provide training and support for internal users.• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and internal knowledge base articles.• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo implementation, customization, and support.• Strong understanding of Odoo functional architecture and technical capabilities across multiple versions (v11, v13, and v17+).• In-depth knowledge of key business processes, including Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, Planning, Projects, Payroll, HR modules, and Manufacturing.• Solid experience in PostgreSQL database management.• Familiarity with system integration and API development.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Experience managing system security (Access Rights / Record Rules).• Odoo or ERP-related certifications are a plus.• 📩 Interested candidates: please send your CV via E-Mail "careers@mac-egy.com" and mention the job position in your message.
