The consultant will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, configuring the Odoo ERP system, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Core activities include consulting with stakeholders, providing end-user training, preparing reports, and ensuring the seamless integration of processes and systems to boost operational efficiency.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Business Process analysis and optimizationExcellent Communication and Consulting skills to engage effectively with stakeholdersSolid understanding of Finance and related ERP modulesExceptional Analytical Skills for problem-solving and system designExperience in ERP implementation or similar Functional Consultant rolesBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience with Odoo or other ERP systems is a significant advantageCertifications in relevant business or IT domains are a plusEmployment: Full-timeExperience: 1–3 years (minimum 1 year hands-on with Odoo)About the roleWe’re growing and looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to help our customers analyze business needs, configure Odoo, and deliver smooth go-lives. You’ll work across core modules, translate requirements into workflows, and be the bridge between business users and our technical team.What you’ll doRun discovery workshops, gather requirements, and map business processes.Configure and test Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Invoicing, Website/eCommerce, Studio).Prepare demos, drive UAT, and train end-users; create clear documentation and SOPs.Coordinate simple data migrations (templates, field mapping) and support cut-over.Triage issues, reproduce bugs, and collaborate with developers on fixes/customizations.Manage small projects/streams: scope, timeline, risks, and stakeholders.RequirementsDegree in Business informatics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting or similar.1+ year implementing or supporting Odoo in a consulting or end-user role.Strong grasp of core Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting).Excellent communication with a consultative mindset and problem-solving skills.Comfort with spreadsheets, CSV imports, and basic reporting.Bonus points for: Odoo.sh familiarity, Odoo Certification, or experience with python/coding.How to apply:Send your CV via email (ONLY) with the reference ODOOFUNC112025 to jobs@odects.com
