Your main tasks willcomprise: Evaluation of new opportunities (business model, business plan, etc.) Building financial models and conducting valuationsPreparation of draft presentations for current and prospective projectsSupporting the due diligence process of new targetsBenchmarking and industry analysisConducting market researchSupportingour asset management specialists in employing value-maximizingstrategies for our portfolios Coordination with external providers andproperty managersQualifikationQualification and skillsA strong interest in finance, real estate, M&A, private equity and related sectorsBachelor or master’s students in economics, finance, real estate or a related discipline with outstanding academic performanceAbility to work within a small and dynamic teamStrong analytical skills; ability to quickly grasp new tasks and contentsAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (this will be tested)Fluency in both German and EnglishPrevious experience in corporate finance or real estate is an advantage, but not a requirementBenefitsThe internship is paid market-standard.
