We unlock this potential through granular tenant management, re-leasing, refurbishment, extensive Capex works, and re-developments in a variety of strategies.Fundament’s aim is to build a portfolio of stable assets that deliver exceptional returns to our investors at relatively low risk and in doing so, to ensure a transparent, personalized, and seamless experience that creates value for all stakeholders at every stage of the value chain and across the entire transaction life cycle.AufgabenResponsibilitiesDuring yourinternship, you will be fully integrated into the day-to-day business ofthe Acquisitions and Asset management team. Your main tasks willcomprise: Evaluation of new opportunities (business model, business plan, etc.) Building financial models and conducting valuationsPreparation of draft presentations for current and prospective projectsSupporting the due diligence process of new targetsBenchmarking and industry analysisConducting market researchSupportingour asset management specialists in employing value-maximizingstrategies for our portfolios Coordination with external providers andproperty managersQualifikationQualification and skillsA strong interest in finance, real estate, M&A, private equity and related sectorsBachelor or master’s students in economics, finance, real estate or a related discipline with outstanding academic performanceAbility to work within a small and dynamic teamStrong analytical skills; ability to quickly grasp new tasks and contentsAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (this will be tested)Fluency in both German and EnglishPrevious experience in corporate finance or real estate is an advantage, but not a requirementBenefitsThe internship is paid market-standard.
