Job DescriptionDivision: CISOAbout The RoleWe’re looking for an Offensive Security Technical Coordinator to join our cybersecurity team and help lead proactive security testing initiatives. Your work will directly support the protection of our information systems and critical infrastructure. You’ll be a key part of our efforts to identify and address vulnerabilities before they become risks.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about ethical hacking, enjoys working across teams, and values collaboration, clarity, and purpose in their work!What You’ll DoYou will join the Offensive Security Center and coordinate activities like:Penetration TestingRed Team and Purple Team ExercisesSecure Code ReviewsVulnerability AssessmentsYour Responsibilities Will IncludeLeading and running offensive security testing projectsFacilitating communication between internal teams and clientsEncouraging and maintaining a coordinated work atmosphereTracking and reporting key achievements, risks, and timelinesSupporting documentation and administrative tasksHelping improve testing processes and standardsPotentially running a small, coordinated team functionWhat Matters Most (Must-Have Skills & Experience)Proficient in communication across technical and non-technical teamsExperience with cybersecurity or offensive security conceptsStrong organization and time management abilitiesAnalytical and problem-solving approachUnderstanding of core security principles: confidentiality, integrity, availabilityKnowledge of security standards like ISO27001 and OWASP Top 10Ability to work independently with integrity and discretionComfortable handling critical /confidential informationProficient in English (written and spoken)What’s An Asset (Nice-to-Have Qualifications)Familiarity with secure application design and secure coding practicesExperience with both Unix and Windows systemsBackground in project management or coordinating technical teamsAbility to speak other languagesOpen to travelling to Belgium HQ if needed (up to 2 days monthly)Previous exposure to red teaming or purple teaming activitiesWho You AreAn excellent teammate who values respectful and inclusive communication!Confident in assuming responsibility for tasks and ensuring high-quality resultsOpen to learning and supporting others in a shared missionCommitted to security, people, and advancementAbout UsWhy join usEmbark on your new adventure at Euroclear, and work at the heart of the global capital markets.
