In this role, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to contribute to a creative and dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks including answering phones, managing emails, and handling office correspondence.Scheduling & Calendar Management: Support with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.Data Entry & Document Management: Maintain and organize office files, prepare reports, and assist with data entry.Office Supplies Management: Monitor office supply levels and order new supplies as needed.Visitor Reception: Greet visitors, direct them to appropriate personnel, and assist with any special requests.Coordination Support: Help coordinate office events, meetings, and other team activities.Miscellaneous Tasks: Provide support for various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management or other team members.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.Experience: Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred but not required.Skills:Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Positive, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.Additional Information:This is a part-time position with flexible hours (20-25 hours per week).Competitive hourly pay and benefits package.Collaborative and inclusive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.Occasional opportunities for overtime based on business needs.
