We also value diversity of worldview, experience, and perspective. Your Mission  The Office Administrator plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting the broader team. This position oversees daily office operations and systems, assists with accounting and HR administration, supports marketing activities, and provides executive assistance as needed. It’s a varied and collaborative role ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized and helping different areas of the business succeed.  Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve office systems, including records management in SharePoint, supplies, and technology coordination. Provide administrative support for accounting tasks using QuickBooks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations. Assist with HR processes, including hiring, onboarding and employee recognition awards Support marketing activities by helping with event coordination and promotional materials. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events. Act as the first point of contact for visitors and general inquiries. Support the executive team as needed.   The Benefits At Highwood, we are committed to the physical and mental health of our employees and of their families: Our Canadian health and dental benefits package includes - coverage for dental visits, prescription drugs, vision, massage, physiotherapy, and psychotherapy - we pay the premiums, and the package includes your partner and dependents. We offer $5,000/year to help cover non-essential educational pursuits of your choice. For our Canadian employees, we provide RRSP matching after one year. We have an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) We offer similar benefits to our employees elsewhere in the world.  About You  You are a collaborative team player who loves a challenge and likes to problem solve.
