What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire an Office Administrator (Mini-Job) within our Fleetcor Deutschland GmbH division. This position falls under our Fuel & Fleet Payments line of business, located in Nurnberg, Germany. In this role, you will be assisting with the day-to-day management of the office premises. In this role, you will be reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager.How We WorkAs an Office Administrator, you will be expected to work a total of 9 hours per week over 2 days in an onsite environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in officeCompany-issued equipmentFormal, hands-on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesManaging and maintaining a sufficient level of office supplies. Including consumables, products, and stationery.Ensuring the property, with specific reference to communal areas, are kept clean/tidy.Liaising with suppliers, processing invoices/payments and managing office expensesMeet/greet external visitors, signing them into the site and issuing/managing temporary security key fobs.Prepare meeting rooms in advance of all external visitor appointments.Coordinate orders for catering requirements and distribute to meetings.Liaising with trades, contractors and suppliers to administer required works.Managing and scheduling annual reviews, as part of legal requirementsAssist with the management and implementation of fire and first aid procedures and policies.Scheduling annual reviews/tests, as part of legal requirementsSocial Committee, event management and organizationQualifications & SkillsMinimum 1 year’s office management experience – desirableMust be fluent in English and German (at least level B2 – essential requirement)Organizational talentReliable and pro-activeMS Office knowledgeCommunication skillsSolution orientationBenefits & Perks28 days of annual leave for a 5-day working week (pro-rated part time)Additional volunteering dayWell-being allowance of 150 EUR per yearOur Company & PurposeCORPAY is a global leader in business payments, laser focused on developing smarter ways for businesses to pay their expenses.
