Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Bangkok office for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will oversee daily operations, manage office equipment and supplies, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth functioning of office workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, assisting team members with administrative needs, addressing customer inquiries, organizing documents, and supporting the office team with efficient coordination and communication. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including organizing schedules, managing office documents, and ensuring office operations run efficiently.Strong familiarity with handling Office Equipment and technology to support operational needs.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to professionally handle internal and external inquiries.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in standard office software applications and the ability to quickly learn new systems.Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, is a plus.
