We’re Hiring | Office Administrator – Education & Training BackgroundNational Education Network (NEN) – Nasr City Branch is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.Key Responsibilities:Handle administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and scheduling.Support training and education programs with logistical and operational needs.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.Manage office supplies, records, and correspondence efficiently.Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and related events.Maintain accurate databases, reports, and records related to training activities.Support HR and recruitment processes when needed (e.g., scheduling interviews, onboarding support).Act as the point of contact for inquiries from staff and clients.Ensure the office environment is professional, well-organized, and welcoming.Provide general support to managers and team members in daily operations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Previous experience in administration within the Education & Training sector is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.Proficiency in MS Office.📍 Location: Nasr City, Cairo 📩 Apply by sending your CV to: hr@nen-global.org 📲 WhatsApp (Text Only): 01275842400 🔖 Please mention Office Administrator in the subject line.
