The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, phone etiquette, communication, and providing support / assistance to colleagues and customers. Daily duties include managing schedules, performing clerical tasks, and offering support to the team.QualificationsAdministrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skillsPhone Etiquette and Communication skillsClerical skillsExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant will be a plus.Key Responsibilities⁠Front Desk: Greet and welcome visitors, and manage a multi-line phone system. Answer and direct incoming calls and general email enquiries.⁠Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute correspondence, such as memos and letters. Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.⁠Scheduling: Assist with scheduling and updating calendars for team members.⁠Office Support: Monitor and order office supplies to maintain inventory. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.⁠Document Processing: Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.⁠Special Projects: Assist with ad-hoc projects and general office duties as needed.Salary PackageR15000.00 - R20000.00 per month plus benefits.Incentive structure and annual bonus applicable.
