The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional administrative skills and a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring both office and lab environments operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the Shenzhen office and on-site laboratory, ensuring all activities run seamlessly.Implement and manage access control procedures for personnel and materials entering or leaving the facilities.Maintain laboratory safety protocols, manage laboratory equipment, and ensure a clean, organized lab environment.Coordinate with vendors for office and lab supplies, equipment maintenance, and other service requirements.Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support effective office functionality, including managing correspondence and packages.Provide logistical support for meetings and internal events, assisting in the planning and execution.Take on additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the Manager to support office and lab operations.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher with a preference for a background in STEM fields such as Information Technology, Electronics, or Engineering.Proven proficiency in English communication, equivalent to College English Test Band 6 (CET-6).Fluent in both written and spoken English, capable of handling daily communication and documentation with high proficiency.Strong organizational skills, meticulous work ethic, and a high degree of responsibility and accountability.Preferred QualificationsOverseas study experience or prior work experience in a multinational corporation is advantageous.Educational background or work experience in a STEM discipline, adding value to technical support within the lab and office environments.BenefitsDelart provides competitive benefits and compensation across all regions where we operate.
