Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Office Management role based in Blanchardstown. The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative tasks, manage office operations, and ensure an organised and efficient working environment. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining office equipment, assisting with customer interactions, and ensuring smooth office communication and administration processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and resourceful, excelling at creating supportive and productive office environments. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with purchasers, colleagues, and ensuring a professional environment.Experience in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.Experience in sales support/estate agency/construction highly desirableProficiency in managing and maintaining Office Equipment and supplies to support day-to-day operations.Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.Proficiency in productivity and office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).Experience with a CRM e.g. AcquaintPrevious experience in a similar role is preferred
