We are looking for a positive and energetic Office Manager for our office in Sofia — someone who ensures smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will maintain office services by organizing operations and procedures, managing correspondence, supervising supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting the overall efficiency of the office. Responsibilities:Coordination and organization of all administrative office activities and meetings;Welcoming guests and visitors of the company;Managing office orders: stationery, food, beverages, etc.;Arranging business trips, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation;Collecting and processing requests for office supplies and equipment;Handling correspondence and maintaining proper document flow;Assisting with internal events and office celebrations.
