Our office is known for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, where we value hard work but maintain a stress-free environment.Position Overview:This maternity leave replacement position begins in January 2026 and runs full-time until June 2026, with the possibility of part-time or full-time extension thereafter.As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, improving existing processes, and supporting the adoption of new software solutions.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and client communications.Streamline and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.Support the adoption and implementation of new software solutions to optimize workflow.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Handle HR-related tasks, including onboarding and staff support.Act as a liaison between management and staff, addressing concerns and facilitating communication.Qualifications:Proven experience in office management or a related role, preferably in an accounting firmStrong organizational, multitasking skills, and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to question the status quo and propose innovative solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and Google applications ; experience with accounting and tax software is a plus.Willingness to adapt to new technologies and software.Compensation:Compensation for this position is based on experience, ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 annually.
