OverviewWe’re seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations at a busy Century City lemon law firm. This role ensures the smooth functioning of the office and provides administrative, operational, and light HR support to attorneys and staff. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and brings a professional, can-do attitude to managing people, processes, and priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and well-organized work environment.Manage scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support for attorneys and staff.Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships.Support onboarding, timekeeping, and general HR administration.Track expenses, assist with budgeting, and coordinate with accounting as needed.Maintain records, case files, and confidential information with discretion.Assist with firm communications, internal procedures, and project coordination.Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.Requirements3+ years of office management or administrative experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services setting.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong multitasking ability with keen attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office systems.Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting a litigation or consumer law practice.Familiarity with legal billing, case management software, or HR systems.
