Learn more at www.novanos-ae.com.Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure a well-organized workplace. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.Key Responsibilities:1. Office Administration & Operations:Supervise and coordinate daily office activities to ensure smooth functioning.Maintain office organization, including supplies, inventory, and equipment.Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with vendors and clients.Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.2. Staff Management & HR Support:Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance when needed.Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.Oversee staff attendance, leave records, and performance tracking.Address workplace issues and promote a positive office culture.3. Financial & Procurement Management:Manage office budgets, expenses, and petty cash.Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.Ensure timely payment of bills and procurement of necessary office supplies.4. Executive Assistance & Reporting:Support senior management with reports, meeting coordination, and scheduling.Prepare business reports, presentations, and documentation.Handle confidential company information with discretion.Requirements: ✅ Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a senior administrative role. ✅ Excellent organizational and leadership skills. ✅ Fluent in English  ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). ✅ Strong multitasking ability and problem-solving skills. ✅ Knowledge of UAE labor laws, office procedures, and business regulations.Preferred:Experience in the medical, cosmetic, or e-commerce industry is a plus.HR or accounting background is an advantage.Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure environments.Drop your competitive at recruitment.novanos@gmail.com with the subject "Application for Office Manager' & or reach out to +971 52 196 8294
