This role reports to the Head of HR and requires full time onsite presence.Your main responsibilities will be:Coordinate office supplies and vendorsAdminister and maintain company agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance and proper documentationProvide new solutions for the office work environmentProvide logistical and operational support for internal company events and initiativesMonitor and ensure implementation of relevant company policiesHandling confidential company information with discretion and integrityManage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including registered mail, with accuracy and discretionOversee the day-to-day management of office spacesManage coworking spacesManage company cars agreementsIf required, coordinate with Corporate on all office-related issues and requests concerning ItalyManage office-related agreements, including relationships with hotels, restaurants, and other office benefitsWork closely with the Country Manager on ad hoc projects as and when assignedManage various administrative tasksCoordinate company travel platform (Navan) and support employees in travel bookingsQualificationsA previous experience in the field (minimum 2 years)A team player with strong communication and relationship building skillsThe ability to deal with multiple requests in a timely and efficient wayThe ability to deal with confidential queries and tasksProactive and solution-orientedA practical doer who delivers quality results on timeStrong organizational and time management skillsVery good written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.Applications from candidates belonging to protected categories, as defined by Italian Law 68/99, will be positively considered.Additional InformationTo navigate the complex journey ahead, we need every voice at the table.
