We are excited to be partnering with a technology consultancy delivering complex digital solutions to enterprise and government clients. The Office Manager role is a hands-on, multi-faceted support role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.You’ll take ownership to ensure the office is running smoothly - from maintaining office supplies, supporting with AP/AR responsibilities and helping drive key culture initiatives.If you're organised, confident, and ready to bring your own flavour to a new role, this is a chance to make a real impact in a business where your contribution is genuinely valued.What's in it for you?Salary of $80,000 - $85,000 base + super.Modern office in Milton located close to public transport. Office hours are 9:00am-5:00pmAbility to WFH 2 days per week. Flex your organisation skills and help to shape processes and procedures.Play a key support role in driving culture initiatives, including working with the CEO and Head of People & Culture with fortnightly All Hands meetings and quarterly events.About the role:Own general office upkeep including maintaining office supplies and handling the facility maintenance. Support internal operations including onboarding and offboarding, staff access and policy updates.Support with accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, reconciliations, and payroll support using Xero. Manage and maintain accurate records of contracts, NDAs, and corporate documentation and act as point of contact for external legal counsel. About you:3-5 years’ experience in administration and office management. A background in financial administration (AP/AR) with Xero proficiency would be ideal! Confident communicator who is self-motivated and outcome driven.
