We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, meticulously organised and relentless about continuously improving the environment around them.What You'll DoRun the onboarding of new employees from start to finish (setting up desks, ordering computers, etc.)Manage relationships with vendors, providers and building staffSelect, source and stock snacks and meals for the office ensuring quality, effective delivery of service and billingOwn and manage seating chartsKeep us all safe by coordinating fire drills and related trainingsDesign and implement in-office events to bring our community together (all hands, happy hours, offsites, etc.)Plan and coordinate office movesAssist the sales team with administrative tasks, including logistics, documentation, and CRM management in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
