Reports to Manager Telco & Channel Partner EnablementSend CV at zeeshans@mercantilepacific.comRole DescriptionOwn and drive the day-to-day success of Mercantile Pakistan’s telecom and distributor partners across Enterprise, Education, and Consumer segments. Your primary mandate is partner enablement-equipping partners through compelling propositions, hands-on marketing support, and efficient commercial operations, enabling them to sustainably grow a profitable Apple business. Additionally, proactively identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities that unlock incremental volumes and advance Mercantile’s market leadership.Core Responsibilities1. Strategic Partner Managemento Own the relationship matrix (commercial, marketing, finance, supply- chain contacts).o Deliver playbooks, training sessions and real-time deal support that raise partner win-rates.2. Integrated Marketing Leadershipo Craft and run multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, retail, telco assets).o Track funnel metrics, optimise spend, and share best practices across partners.3. Compelling Offer & Program Developmento Build plug-and-play toolkits for DaaS, EMI, extended warranty, insurance, buy-back.o Package financial models and pitch decks partners can instantly deploy.4. Commercial Operations & Billing Excellenceo Coordinate with Finance on invoicing schedules, credit notes and recovery calls.o Proactively flag risk accounts; negotiate workable repayment plans.5. Market Intelligence & Performance Reportingo Produce concise dashboards on run-rate, campaign ROI, stock health, and competitive moves.o Present actionable insights in weekly leadership huddles.Qualifications• 1-2 years in channel/partner enablement, telco alliances or B2B marketing (consumer-tech or telecom preferred).• Proven success launching partner programs and digital campaigns that moved revenue or attach-rate needles.• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred, but open to all disciplines).• Solid command in Excel / Sheets.Critical Skill Set• Stakeholder influence & negotiation• Digital-first campaign planning• Analytical storytelling & financial acumen• Project management under aggressive timelines• Clear, confident communication (Urdu & English)Why This Role MattersBy arming partners with the right offers, marketing horsepower and operational clarity, this manager turns Mercantile’s telco channel into a scalable growth engine extending Apple’s reach while keeping partner economics healthy and receivables clean.
