Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Business Relations & Marketing Officer to manage communication with our agents, ensure platform quality, create engaging digital content, and support ongoing growth through tutorials and direct interactions. Job ResponsibilitiesRegularly communicate with agents, informing them about recent and upcoming platform updates.
Create informative, visually appealing, and engaging content (static images, short videos/reels) using Canva and other AI tools. Maintain strong professional relationships through timely and helpful interactions. Review, audit, and activate property listings according to predefined guidelines. Collect and document agent and user feedback, coordinating closely with our development team to improve platform features. Actively reach out and onboard new agents and property owners, highlighting the benefits of Manshir. Record, edit, and publish clear video tutorials to guide agents on effectively using Manshir’s platform. Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsSkills Required:
