The company is known for its diversified business portfolio, including Food, Textile, Printing & Packages, and Life style products. Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Officer (HR & Admin)”. The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment & selection process by CV sorting, scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates also posting job advertisement and communicate various external sources for talent acquisitionCoordinating induction program and onboarding new employees for creating a positive vibe in employees’ mindsUpdating existing & new employees personal files as per company rulesPreparing different letters, memos, notice and registered in ERP for day-to-day HR operationsAssist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating training programs, workshops, and seminars in alignment with organizational goals and learning objectives. Collaborate with internal teams and external training providers to ensure the smooth execution of training events.
