KB Daehan Specialized Bank’s goal is to improve living style of people of Kingdom of Cambodia with motivating, strengthening, high training staff who are standing by in place to serve a best service to meet its customer needs and satisfaction.Job DescriptionPerform audits/reviews (credit audit, financial audit, operational audit, compliance audit, special audit, etc.) in accordance with the audit scopes, approaches, methodologies and techniques to achieve the desired audit objectives effectively;Design and update the audit programs and audit checklists;Identify and oversee the key operational risks of auditee to ensure the risk assessment forms the basis of all audit work planned and performed;Communicate efficiently and properly in delivery and response of the information to auditee;Conduct the audit testing in order to collect sufficient and appropriate audit evidences to be able to conclude the risks identified in auditee’s areas whether they are adequately managed and mitigated;Prepare audit supporting work papers to document audit procedures and conclusion;Document the audit findings/audit issues, draft recommendations, draft audit report and submit to Internal Audit Manager for review;Prepare and review monthly follow up of audit finding from auditee for each responsible engagement;Assist Manager in providing training, coaching and guidance to Internal auditor regarding works responsible, audit techniques, internal policy and audit ethics; andPerform related works as assigned by Manager.Job RequirementEducation in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance and other relevant majors.At least 2 years’ experience in internal or external or information system auditing.Ability to stand firm on difficult issues when requiredGood of English for both writing and speaking.Understanding of knowledge and / or work experience of Korean Financial Institutions in Cambodia
