We work in an agile manner and at pace, partnering with teams in Technology and Digital Business Services to bring innovative, digital-first solutions to our customers.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.In This Role, You WillEnsuring the team meet targets on productivity and accuracy within the time frame and no SLA breach case occurredEnsuring customer instructions/requests are correctly interpreted and fully undertaken. The work is processed in accordance with policies, procedures and regulations stipulated by bank and regulatoryPlanning and prioritize jobs to subordinates in accordance with their abilities and experience to ensure fraud/error/irregular case can be identified and escaped timelyMaking effective use of available resources to ensure smooth operation and no backlogBy monitoring the daily operation of Wealth Management products settlement of GSC and support internal and external statistic data collection.Assisting supervisor to identify training needs for team members; arrange internal training by job rotation and craoss team attachment; coach junior staff on day-to-day operational basisArranging periodically reviewing of the relevant procedural to adjust operation steps timelySetting successor plan with team to ensure team work smooth runningEnsuring all data requirements (timesheets, leave requests, absence requests and ad hoc process information) of team are completed and updated in a timely manner.QualificationsTo be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:The Knowledge Abundant knowledge on banking operations Knowledge on compliance/regulationsThe Skills Problem solving skill Skill to encourage team morale so as to cope with the high business volume within tight time pressure English both in oral and writing Communication skill Supervising and working with a large team of different experience levels; Handle multiple/complex customer instruction within limited time-frame; Motivating subordinates to achieve high service standard and prodcutivity; Working under pressure with limited resources.
