Role Description This is a full-time Offshore Makai Surveyor role based on-site at an international location. The day-to-day responsibilities include conducting offshore surveys using Makai tools, ensuring accurate data collection and interpretation, and adhering to industry safety standards. The role involves preparing detailed survey reports, collaborating with offshore teams, and performing equipment checks and calibration to ensure quality results. This position requires travel and extended periods at sea as part of the project requirements. Qualifications Experience with Makai tools, offshore survey techniques, and data interpretationProficiency in technical disciplines such as geospatial processes, mapping, and hydrographic surveyStrong knowledge of equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshootingAbility to generate accurate survey reports and utilize data management toolsStrong problem-solving skills and teamwork; ability to work in offshore environmentsFamiliarity with safety standards and offshore compliance protocolsRelevant technical certifications or licenses (e.g., IMCA certifications) are a plusBachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Geomatics, or related technical field preferred
