And a chance to make a life-changing impact on students with the Gospel.About The JobWe are looking for a gospel-centered, results-driven, and detail-oriented Program Coach to join the LifeWise team. This role is a full-time position focused on supporting LifeWise teams and programs as they prepare to launch. An ideal candidate is one with leadership experience and excellent interpersonal skills. This is a remote position for candidates living in Oklahoma, providing the opportunity to cultivate and oversee teams serving LifeWise programs in Oklahoma and beyond.ResponsibilitiesGuide local teams through the process of building a Steering Committee, seeking school approval for LifeWise, and recruiting and hiring program staff membersBuild high performance teamsRecruit and retain the right peopleTrain, coach and provide feedbackDevelop team members and position them for growthOptimize program growth and expansionEvaluate and assess program growth and health, recording findings in the LifeWise customer relationship management platformCollaborate with the team manager, translating ideas into functional plans and implementing scalable systems for streamlined LifeWise program supportOther responsibilities as assignedQualifications3+ years in a ministry or other high interpersonal skills based positionResidency in Oklahoma with the ability to travel regionally with occasional overnight stayExperience working with ministry personnel, school administration and community leaders (preferred)Bachelor's degree (preferred)Experience and responsibility in education and/or sales and marketing (preferred)Salary and BenefitsFrom $50,000 per year Medical, dental, and vision coverage for qualified employees Retirement plan, including employer match Unlimited PTO for qualified employeesLifeWise Academy's hiring practices and EEO Statement are fully in compliance with both federal and state law.
