OKW Enclosures is looking for an upbeat and energetic candidate to join our fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Â The candidate must be comfortable interacting with numerous customers on a daily basis, working with channel partners, internal support staff, sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and incoming calls, responding to customer emails in a timely manner, following up with customers who have recently inquired about our products, collaborating with internal company employees, processing sample product requests and processing customer orders.
 We experience a high volume of customer inquiries, so it’s important to maximize your time efficiently when working with and responding to customer needs.
ResponsibilitiesFollow up with potential customers on an ongoing basisSource new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emailsProcess customer sample inquiries and order requests in a professional and timely mannerCollaborate with team (internal and externally) on opportunities for further development and timely closureUnderstand, communicate and continually upgrade the knowledge of our companies full capabilities, applications and services to the customerOn occasion, label and properly package the customer order for shipmentQualifications2+ years of Inside sales/customer service experience is a plusPositive/energetic attitudeExcellent phone presentation, verbal, listening and written communication skillsExperience working within a CRM systemFamiliarity and proficiency when working with Windows operating systemAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredProfessional Environment & Employee Benefits Salary ranges based upon candidate experience level.
