Job DescriptionAn Onboarding and Offboarding Specialist will be responsible:Delivering a seamless experience to new hires and departing employeesCoordinating pre-employment requirements, including medical examinations, background checks, and document submissions.Facilitating onboarding kits such as but not limited to the Company ID, new hire kit and other company merch, from request to distribution processCoordinating the company assets, and work tools with IT and Admin teamsGuiding employees through the exit clearance process, ensuring compliance with company policiesReclaiming and account for all company assets and access rights in coordination with IT and AdminEnsuring all offboarding documentation is complete, archived, and compliant with internal records policiesRequirementsBachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing or relevant fieldAt least 3 years of experience in the end-to-end process of onboarding and offboarding process, including internal movement, migration and expat processesOrganized, data-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skillsGood time-management skills
